Welcome to the website of our farm - the Mooslehenhof! Enjoy your holiday in the heart of the worldfamous Skiregion Amade on the countryside of Salzburg and enjoy bed-and breakfast or our apartments in Filzmoos!

Enjoy summer and wintertime - every season is one-of-a-kind! Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, go sledging, take a walk, go hiking, mountainbiking or climbing are just an example of some holiday activities.

The modern gondola lift Papageno takes you to the top of the Rossbrand where you can go skiing while enjoying the wonderful view over the mountains of Filzmoos. The famous high altitude cross-country course on the top of the lift is 14 km long and takes you through the Winter wonderland of the Rossbrand.

Use the ski lift "Mooslehenbahn" on our farm or the cross-country ski run across our fields and take a rest in the our rustic ski hut "Holzwurm" (english: Timber Worm). We have a lot of snow every year!

Once a year the elite of the European's ballooners stay in Filzmoos. Attend to the "Balloon Weeks", the "Long Night of Balloons" or take a flight with our experienced ballooners.

Visit the mountain village Filzmoos in summertime! The village's landmark is the Bischofsmütze with its unforgetable shape, but there are much more mountains to crest.

For example take a journey to the Dachstein (10 km), go up to the glacier by lift, visit the "Ice palast", the glass platform "Skywalk" and take a breakfast while sunrise!

There are a lot of tours for mountainbikers to several alps (e.g. the Hofalm) and beautiful neighbour-villages.

We offer 6 double rooms, one single room and one apartment for 2 - 4 persons. Every room is equipped with bathroom, shower and toilet. All rooms have a huge balcony! The comprehensive breakfast buffet includes tea, coffee, cokoa, milk, cheese, delicious cold cuts, boiled eggs, ...
In our TV-room you may meet new friends.

Modern apartments in the historical old farmhouse - we make it possible for you!

2 apartments for 2 - 4 persons with sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom, TV, radio and coffee machine. Bedclothes and towels are existing!

After an amazing day it's time to chill out with your family in the Waterpark Filzmoos (including in- and outdoorpool, sauna, massage and wellness-area). Free entry for all of our guests!

Only 50 minutes away (by car) you can visit the beautiful city of Salzburg, Mozart's birthplace. There you can visit a lot of sights, for example the Schloss Hellbrunn with its watergames and the original Sounds-Of-Music pavilion.

Filzmoos amidst the impressive Alps is easy to reach by plane (Airport Munich or Salzburg - going on by train, bus or taxi to Filzmoos).
